You should feel great IN and UNDER your clothes

Undergarments can make a major difference in your general comfort level. No one likes a wedgie-inducing pair of panties or a tight bra strap. You should feel comfortable with the base layers underneath your clothing. They should feel like skin like nothing is there. Like your literally "not wearing panties".

Be selective with your intimates capsule. Find a brand you like and stick with that. Creating an intimates capsule takes the guesswork out of which undies or bra to choose in the morning when getting dressed. Lifehack- your capsule decides for you. You either wear nude or black depending on your look for the day.

Invest in a seamless, neutral intimates capsule.

For your basics intimate capsule, you only need a few pairs of nude and black of each category. Keep it simple and seamless. Seamless undergarments are the key to keeping them hidden under any garment.

We're only talking basics here... there's definitely space in the intimate drawers for something fancier. That's all you.

Here are my top super comfortable, quality bras, panties, bodysuits, shapewear, and hosiery.

Bras

An ill-fitting bra is universally unflattering Get fitted for 2 new bras- neutral and black. Wire or no wire? There's definitely a time for wire- but in this day and age comfort is queen. There are many great options out there with no wire that are SO much more comfortable and still provide the support needed.

Panties

Your panties need to fit and feel amazing- like there's nothing there. They should slip on and feel like butter. Lifes too short not to wear the most comfortable pair of panties every day- INVEST.

Shapewear

Shapewear and smoothing garments are a wardrobe staple for all body types. Spanx is king! Sometimes shapewear flat out helps a garment fit better. Who doesn't like to look a little smoother and feel a little more confident in that cocktail dress? I've tried several brands and have concluded it's worth it to INVEST in your shapewear. A few of my favorite brands are Skims, Commando, and Spanx (The OG).

Bodysuits

Play with bodysuits! You might be surprised how comfortable and streamlined you’ll feel in a bodysuit vs. a layering tank or cami. Bodysuits are great for layering and you don't have to keep adjusting your base layers every time you sit down or stand up. Bodysuits stay put wherever you need them to.

Hoisery

Hosiery is equally important for cold weather months. Find one brand you love and get them in opaque and sheer in black and nude. You need nothing else.
