I'm keeping it short and sweet this week, just like my nighttime routine. At the end of the day, the last thing I want to do is spend 20 minutes getting ready for bed. As you know, I'm all about streamlining and simplifying everything. My beauty nighttime routine reflects that.

Taking time and intention, even if it's just 5 minutes, to tend to care for your face before bed makes a huge difference. When you fully clean your face and use quality products to enhance your skin- you wake up *glowing* (that's what they say- don't hold me to that). No, but really... I'm all about the energetics behind it. The more time and care you put into yourself, the more energy you will have.

Simplifying life, we must simplify our daily routines. Makeup included. Less makeup = fewer problems. But we still want to look nice and presentable, for our daily and virtual lives, but most importantly to show up for ourselves. The no-makeup makeup look is an effortless look that is natural yet polished and perfect for everyday wear. Much like my capsule wardrobe, I've got a capsule makeup bag. My life is so super casual now. I am a minimalist when it comes to makeup.
