LuLaRoe Key Piece #6: Cassie Skirt, Cheetah Print

Oh Hey, Sassy Cassie

I'm not gonna lie, I like the LuLaRoe Cassie skirt (courtesy of LuLaRoe Consultant Lorean Bradley). Like, a lot.

And like nearly every other garment in the 10 Piece LuLaRoe Capsule Challenge, I was incredulous. At first touch, the LuLaRoe Cassie fabric is stiffish and vaguely puffy. Sizing is equally confounding. This cheetah print Cassie skirt is an XS. I wear a 28 pant. That's a three size deferential. Also, the LuLaRoe Cassie skirt is long. I am short. Understandably, concern.

Surprise, surprise! The extra length keeps the Cassie from riding thigh high after a 4 yard trot, which is the case with all of my other unstructured pencil skirts. Sure, the waistband reaches my bra, but Cassie's slim fit makes it hardly noticeable under a tunic top.

The best thing about Cassie? She's a sassy little shape shifter. Throw Cassie around your neck and presto! Infiniti scarf. Throw on a strapless, pull her up and bang! Tunic tube top.

What's not to love?

Sassy Cassie: Classic

Worn as intended, the LuLaRoe Cassie is a classic pencil skirt. For this look I played DJ Print Mix and threw on a cheetah print + graphic stripe mash up. I layered on my army green Joie Anorak jacket and accessorized with a crackle metallic YSL Muse tote, gold DVF strappy block heel sandals and my orange Hermes Collier de Chien cuff.

Sassy Cassie: Infiniti Scarf

Layered on top of a solid LuLaRoe Julia dress, the Cassie shape shifts into a perfectly paired print scarf. That's a foolproof LuLaRoe outfit formula for you right there: Solid Julia dress + print Cassie skirt.

Sassy Cassie: Top Swap

As a slightly fitted tube top, Cassie's shape is the perfect complement to Azure's A-line. Not feeling it? Swap them and you've got a completely different outfit.

Imagine this: 1 outfit featuring 3 Cassies: One as a skirt, one as a tube top and another as an infiniti scarf. MIND BLOWN.
